Lets get some more………..
I need to know if you are coming to the swap. If you are a member, will you be using the ETRC table and frag tank? If not will you want a table of your own? How how much surface area in the tank will you want? (I need a place about 4 inches by 10 inches — 40 square inches)
Will you be able to help with the other stuff that the club will need to do (food prep and serving, door prize table, raffle ticket table, new member table, raffle and door prize giveaway). Do you have a preference as to which “duty” you will perform?

I created a page for your swap on my site. Within the next day or two I will make it an active swap and everybody that would like, can list what items they have for sale or trade. This is a totally free gift to your club. The main reason I made this site was because my first swap I knew nothing and had to guess what was in the styro containers. Ive also been to many swaps and had no idea how many frags to take or what would be available, this really helps with all of those issues.
